Frequently Asked Questions

Which class can I take as a beginner?

You can try one or all of our trial class options listed below for $35 per class. We find that most students enjoy starting with hammock or lyra.

What should I wear?

Close-fitting clothes are best. We recommend leggings that cover the backs of your knees and a top, leotard, or shirt you can tuck in. Layers are always nice for warm-up and cool down periods. No shoes, clothing with zippers/clasps, jewelry or long fake nails are allowed on equipment.

Do I have to pre-register?

Yes,  our classes are intimate with limited space and require that you reserve your space in advance online with payment. We can not guarantee you a spot if you walk in.

I have to miss my class- can I make it up?

Drop In Intro Class- As space is limited in our classes we allow ONE make up in the event of a missed or cancelled class. This must be done within 30 days of the original cancellation date. All purchase are final & non-transferable. No exceptions.

Do I need to be physically fit to take classes?

We do not have a weight limit. However, aerial is a very physical activity & we do suggest contacting your doctor before starting a new workout, if you are concerned.

How can I take class with a group of friends?

Our drop in classes are not designed for large groups and typically taken by our members. If you would like to bring in a small group of 4 or more, you’ll need to book a private party. Please visit the parties page by clicking here or you may access this information from our main menu.

I have experience from another studio. What are my options?

You are welcome to do any of our trial classes if you're unsure of where to begin at our studio. If you'd like to be approved to take a higher level class please email us at [email protected]
