MEMBERSHIP MAKE UPS

FAQS

-Current Chicago Aerial Arts Members are only eligible for Make-Up Classes (class packs & unlimited package students are not eligible)

-Students must email MAKEUPS@CHICAGOAERIALARTS.NET 4 hours prior to their scheduled class.

-Late shows, No shows or failure to email will not be granted a make up opportunity.

-Pre-registration is required for all make ups

- Kids makeups are only allowed to be fulfilled in the other kids classes or kids open gym.

-Make ups are only allowed to be fulfilled in a class at your skill level or below of the same apparatus, open gyms, aerial fitness or flexibility class. You may not enroll in a different apparatus.

-Make-ups will be added to your account and may be used at any time as long as the student is a paid active member. You can view your missed classes on Mindbody.

-Students will be notified through Mindbody if they have been added to their make up class. -Make ups are not eligible to be rescheduled and will be forfeited upon cancellation or no-show.
